An NIH-funded postdoctoral fellow position is available in the Barske lab in the Divisions of Human Genetics and Developmental Biology. The project investigates molecular mechanisms controlling growth plate patterning in the developing zebrafish skeleton. Techniques will include zebrafish transgenesis and lineage-tracing, confocal imaging of cleared specimens, and analysis of enhancer candidates. We are seeking a motivated and productive individual who has experience working with zebrafish models as well as in developmental biology, molecular biology, and genomics.
