Overview
Dreaming of an academic job but not sure how to get it?
GetHIRED! is a 12-week course offered by the Society for Developmental Biology to help postdocs prepare materials for going on the academic job market. This course includes reading and writing assignments, as well as expert advice and stories from leaders in the field of developmental biology. Assignments are designed to guide participants through preparing all of their job packet materials. Drafts of materials will be workshopped during live sessions.

Requirements
- Complete 6 asynchronous online modules
- Meet regularly with your cohort and facilitator via Zoom
- Get peer feedback, support, and expert advice from people in your discipline
- Stay connected with your cohort, share ideas, and support each other
