Special group rate for this meeting includes guest room internet access. The deadline for the group rate is June 17, 2020. Rate is valid the nights of July 8-14, 2020. Additional nights at the group rate is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

A dedicated booking website has been created for the meeting. Guests will be able to make, modify and cancel their hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel.

Room Sharing: Attendees who wish to split charges amongst roommates and their respective credit cards should each give a method of payment when they check-in. Hyatt's system will NOT automatically split the rate between all guests in the room. Guests must request a split bill at check-in.

Need a Roommate? SDB has created a Roommate Match Sheet to help you find a roommate for the SDB annual meeting. SDB is not responsible for matching individuals but has instead created a form so that attendees who are in need of roommates can correspond with each other. It is the responsibility of the individual to email anyone with whom they wish to share a room. SDB is not responsible for screening roommates, does not get involved in financial arrangements between roommates or between roommates and the hotel, and makes no guarantees of any kind about compatibility or financial responsibility. Please remove yourself from the list when you find a roommate match.

Hotel Cancellations: Cancellations must be made before 3 PM 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. One night’s room and tax will be charged if the guest cancels after this deadline. If you fail to arrive on your confirmed date, and you do not cancel the reservation, your ENTIRE reservation will be cancelled, and the credit card on file will be charged one nights room & tax.
