Funded postbaccalaureate and postdoctoral fellow positions for Intramural Training Awards . Postdocs must be newly granted Ph.Ds. Lab focuses on mechanisms directing development and regulation of GnRH cells which arise in olfactory regions and migrate into the brain, where they control reproductive function.

Research addresses Cell lineage, Neuronal Migration, Axonal Targeting, Craniofacial develop-ment and understanding mutations identified in patients with Kallmann Syndrome. Experience in mouse development, molecular and imaging techniques preferred. Primary GnRH neurons are also used to study the molecular and cellular properties of neuronal activity and correlate activity with secretion. Experience in calcium imaging or electrophysiology, molecular biology and mouse anatomy preferred.

Applicants should email updated C.V., cover letter and reference names to [email protected].
