The PhD fellowship is part of the REGENERATE-IT Marie Curie doctoral network (https://www.regenerate-it.eu), comprising 12 labs working in regenerative biology across Europe. The recruited fellow will be part of an international PhD student community, supported by a training programme with opportunities for research exchanges in different labs across Europe, and an attractive salary.

The research will focus on understanding how animals regenerate and to what extent this process mirrors/recapitulates what happens during embryonic development.
