Looking for a short-term postdoc (1 year, $65k, starting ASAP) to work on the neuronal mechanism of decision making in coral larvae.
Specific tasks: (1) analysis of scRNAseq data of coral larvae, and (2) visualizing morphology of key neuronal types by hybridization chain reaction (HCR).
We already have the scRNAseq data, established HCR protocol, and have fixed larvae to work with. If you have the relevant skills, you can hit the ground running and have a nice first-author paper by the end of year.
