Who can participate?
Anyone attending the Society for Developmental Biology 85th Annual Meeting in Las Vegas! You must attend in order to display your work.
What artwork is accepted?
This year we have two categories: "Research Images as Art" and "Art Inspired by Research." Both 2D and 3D submissions related to developmental biology are welcome, however videos will not be accepted this year. Artwork must be smaller than 4ft x 4ft x 4ft, and weigh less than 20lbs. Individuals are required to transport their own artwork to and from the conference. Artwork created by a team is acceptable.
Will there be prizes?
Yes, for each category!
When will I know if my work is in the show?
Work will be reviewed by the SDB Art Show committee and owners of accepted submissions will be notified by June 15, 2026. Accepted submissions will be on display at the conference for the duration of the conference and prizes awarded on the last day.
