The registration fee for all meeting registrants includes:

  • Entry to all scientific sessions, poster sessions
  • Access to exhibitor tables
  • Meeting materials
  • Coffee breaks
  • Opening Reception
  • Saturday breakfast, lunch, and banquet dinner
  • Sunday breakfast
Research scientists and techs should register as a Postdoc/Scientist.

Current SDB membership (2023 dues paid before registration) is required for reduced member rates. If you are not a current member, renew or join before submitting your registration.

Standard registration deadline is September 15, 2023 (11:59 pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time). There will be NO on-site registration.

All payments must be in U.S. dollars, by credit card or checks drawn on a U.S. bank.

Meeting Cancellation

Individual Cancellation, Refund Policy
Meeting cancellation with partial refund must be requested in writing before September 15, 2023 by email to [email protected] with “SESDB regional meeting cancellation” as subject title. A processing fee equivalent to 30% of the registration fee will be charged.
