NESDB Registration Process


There are two steps to registering for 2026 Northeast SDB at the MBL.
NESDB Meeting Registration + MBL ID/Housing/Meals = Complete Registration

Step 1: Register for the Northeast SDB Meeting.

Step 2: Complete MBL ID/Housing/Meals registration form.

Note: All registrants must complete both registration forms even if they do not plan to stay on the MBL campus.

Please note that to be considered for a talk or poster award, trainees must be current SDB members.

Current SDB membership (2026 dues paid before registration) is required for reduced member rates. If you are not a current member, renew or join before submitting your registration.

Group Registration Rate

Groups including a PI and five or more lab members are eligible for a 10% discount. PI's should email [email protected] with subject "NESDB Group Registration" to take advantage of the group rate. SDB will invoice the PI for all lab members based on their level and membership status. Once the invoice is paid, they will receive a lab code for each lab member to register with. Contact SDB by Friday, April 3 for the group rate.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations are allowed until April 8, 2026 for a full refund. After April 8, 2026, no refunds will be issued. Refunds should be requested in writing by email to [email protected] with "2026 NESDB Cancellation" as subject title.

Step 2: MBL ID, Housing, and Meals

All housing and meal options include the MBL ID. Registrants who intend to stay off-site and not utilize the meal plan still must register with MBL for the facility access and use pass (ID Only).
