The registration fee for all meeting registrants includes:
- Entry to all scientific and educational sessions
- Coffee breaks

Current SDB membership (2025 dues paid before registration) is required for reduced member rates. If you are not a current member, renew or join before before submitting your registration.
Registration deadline is July 31, 2025 (11:59 pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time). There will be NO on-site registration.
All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

Meeting Cancellation
Meeting registration cancellation with partial refund must be requested in writing BEFORE August 1, 2025 by email to sdb@sdbonline.org, with “WCSDB Cancellation” as subject title. A processing fee of 20% will be charged.
