Deadline: March 31, 2023, 11:59 pm ET (or when meeting reaches capacity)
The registration fee for all meeting registrants includes:
- Entry to all scientific and educational sessions
- Meeting materials
- Coffee breaks
- Dinner - Thursday and Friday evening
- Lunch - Friday and Saturday

Current SDB membership (2023 dues paid before registration) is required for reduced member rates. If you are not a current member, renew or join before before submitting your registration.
Standard registration deadline is March 31, 2023
(11:59 pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time). There will be NO on-site registration.
All payments must be in U.S. dollars, by credit card or checks drawn on a U.S. bank.
Meeting Cancellation
Individual Cancellation, Refund Policy
Applications to cancel conference participation must be provided in writing and accompanied by a copy of the registration receipt. A $25 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund. The request must be sent to mindaalena@princeton.edu by April 10th, 2023. After April 10th, additional fees may be applied.
If the Meeting is Cancelled
We anticipate that MASDB 2023 will be a full, in-person event.If MASDB is cancelled, the full registration fee will be returned to each registrant.
