SDB Expo Exhibit:
“Where the Wild Things Come From”
October 23 and 24, National Mall, Washington, DC
SDB will host
an exhibit on the National Mall featuring developing zebrafish, Xenopus
and other embryos; create-your-own model organism mask; and a scavenger hunt
with an evo-devo theme. Our intent is to convey the evolutionary connections
between model organisms and ourselves as well as demonstrate the importance
of the study of developmental biology to health.
