SDB CoRe is an online reference database currently being developed to help carry out SDB’s mission to increase understanding of developmental biology at all levels. Drawing upon the expertise of the SDB membership, CoRe will provide short, authoritative, image-driven explanations of basic concepts in developmental biology for specialists and non-specialists alike.

SDB CoRe features:

  • An open, interactive, online scientific resource built for and by the developmental biology community
  • A browsable, easily-searchable website to explore the full scope of the field of developmental biology
  • A top-notch collection of images, movies, and diagrams that illustrate key concepts in development
