The Wallingford Lab at Tufts Medical Center is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to pursue mechanisms of placental vascular development and pathophysiology as a member of NIH and AHA funded studies.

Research experience with vascular development, vascular disease, and mammalian development preferred. Extensive experience with biochemistry, molecular biology, histology, literature review, scientific writing, experimental design, independent and team research, statistical analyses, and thorough laboratory record keeping is required.

The applicant will have access to resources within the Mother-Infant Research Institute, the Molecular Cardiology Research Institute, and the Department of Cell, Molecular, and Developmental Biology on the Tufts Health Sciences campus in Boston. We also provide extensive support with respect to professional development, advancing grant writing skills, and opportunities to present research findings at scientific conferences.
