A position as Lecturer in the Department of Molecular Biology at Princeton University is available immediately for an individual with a Ph.D. in molecular biology or a related field and a strong interest in teaching at the undergraduate level. The primary responsibility of this individual will be to assist in teaching an upper level molecular biology laboratory course. The major objective of this course is to introduce students to a variety of tools required to perform independent research. The preferred course design allows students to conduct original research project so that they will gain an understanding of how, when, and why certain techniques and skills are used in a research setting. The current experimental organism is Drosophila.
