Society for Developmental Biology 74th Annual Meeting
Snowbird, UT, July 9-13, 2015

Registration is Open!

Note: We recommend using Firefox,  Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer to register for the meeting.  Some registrants have had problems with Safari.

The registration fee for all meeting registrants includes:

  • Entry to all scientific sessions and workshops
  • Entry to poster and exhibit sessions
  • Refreshments at morning and afternoon breaks
  • Opening reception
  • Closing/Awards banquet
  • One Grab & Gab lunch (7/10) and $85 meal card for use in designated on-site restaurants
  • Meeting materials: Program and directory booklet, meeting t-shirt, etc.

Meal Card: On average, the $85 meal card will cover 2 lunches and 2 dinners.  See restaurants and menus here and plan accordingly.  Expenses beyond the meal card value are the participant’s responsibility and may be paid with cash, credit card or charged to the room as incidentals.

Satellite Symposium: Registration is required for the free satellite symposium Bringing Eco-Evo-Devo into the 21st Century: Tool Development in Emerging Model Organisms held July 9, 2015, 12 pm - 4:30 pm.

All payments must be in U.S. dollars, by credit card or checks drawn on a U.S. bank.

Early, discounted registration rate applies to all registrations received by close of business May 11, 2015 (5 pm East Coast Daylight Saving Time).

Regular registration rate applies to all registrations received after the May 12 deadline, including on-site registrations.

Advanced, pre-meeting registration deadline is close of business June 8, 2015 (5 pm East Coast Daylight Saving Time).  Registrations received by mail or FAX after that date will be returned for on-site registration in Snowbird.

All pre-meeting registrants will receive confirmation and receipt by email within three weeks after their registration is received and processed by SDB office.  Registrants must present the confirmation email/receipt at the meeting registration desk to redeem name badge and other meeting materials.

Meeting cancellation with partial refund must be requested in writing BEFORE June 8, 2015, by FAX (301) 634-7825 or email to sdb@sdbonline.org, with “SDB meeting cancellation” as subject title.  A processing fee of $50 will be charged.

Online Registration
Online registration for credit card payments is open now.

Paper Registration
Paper registration may be used for check and credit card payments.  Completed forms with credit card payments may be faxed to SDB office (301-634-7825). Click here for the paper registration form. DO NOT send paper form if registering online.
