Hilton Montreal Bonaventure Hotel offers a special rate for meeting participants: $170.00 CND, single/ double occupancy, 07/18/12 – 07/23/12.  Same rate applies 3 days prior and 3 days post meeting dates, pending on availability.  A $20.00 charge is applicable for each additional adult over double occupancy, to a maximum of 4 adults per room.  High speed Internet access is included in the room rate, in addition to complimentary WiFi in lobby, foyer area, restaurants and bar.

Applicable taxes:  5% Goods & Services Tax, 8.5% Provincial Tax, and a 3.5% Occupancy Tax per room per night.

 
Cut-off Date: 06/24/12.  Conference rate may not be available for late requests.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.  Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to arrival, or one-night room charge will be made to the credit card.  No shows are also subject to one-night room charge.  Please advise the hotel in advance for late arrivals.
